Century 21 Advantage Plus is a full-service Real Estate Agency serving the Eastern Upper Peninsula. Our main office is located in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan and our branch office is located in Hessel, Michigan. Century 21 Advantage Plus works with sellers and buyers in the Eastern Upper Peninsula.
About the Job
We are looking for motivated and driven individuals who are licensed or willing to become licensed (we can help you with the licensing process) as a Real Estate Agent.
The Century 21 System offers many free innovative tools, free training programs, and industry related classes. Our office staff is professional and well-trained to assist you in your transactions and marketing, and to ensure great customer service.
We have all the tools you will need: Office space, office supplies, internet access, office staff support, and a great mentoring program that allows you to work with one of our experienced agents to help you get started selling Real Estate.
Job Requirements
-Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License (or willing to obtain one) by completing the required 40-hour Michigan Real Estate Fundamentals course, and passing the state exam.
-Must be 18 years of age.
-High School Diploma or Equivalent.
-Valid Driver’s License.
